Held in the East Banks of the Flats in Cleveland, Ohio, the Radius Hospitality Leadership Conference was both educational & energizing. General Managers & Directors of Sales from Radius venues in OH, PA, NJ, CT & MD gathered for 3 days of leadership development, collaboration, and plenty of food & fun. The Radius Hospitality mission statement, written by property leaders during the inaugural leadership conference in 2017, was the theme of this year’s event. The team heard from Radius President & Owner, Scott Yaeger about the importance of our culture reflecting this mission, and Radius’s ongoing commitment to guests, associates, and owners. The importance of living this mission daily at each Radius property was the energizing focus of this the 2019 leadership event.
