For over 30 years Scott Yaeger has dedicated his career to quality service, exceptional operational results and a focused commitment to excellence within the Hospitality Industry. His years of experience and growth in all positions have gained him a well rounded and detailed understanding of what it takes to win in today’s hotel environment.
Rupen’s hotels consistently receive the highest awards for quality and service in the respective brands. Rupen-owned hotels are also recognized as “green” hotels. Rupen has also plunged into the commercial real estate market. He owns many properties at key locations in New Jersey, Ohio, Illinois, North Carolina, Missouri and is expanding his portfolio strategically and rapidly.
Hina Patel has a proven track record in project management and implementation. She has applied her background and her strong ability to analyze, strategize, and implement to the hospitality and real estate business.
Regional Vice President of Operations
John is a 29-year veteran of the hospitality industry. After serving on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, John began his career as a Bellman in a full-service Sheraton Hotel and Marina and never looked back.

Michael Cooney is a 30-year veteran of the hospitality Industry. Michael began his career as a teenage dishwasher in a successful Italian restaurant, working his way through every position in the kitchen and front of the house. He has not strayed outside of the hospitality industry since that very first dish he washed.

Laura brings 25+ years of hospitality sales & marketing experience to Radius. Laura loves the dynamic nature of the hotel industry, and the thrill of winning and growing business.
Corporate Accounting Director
John England joined the Radius family as the Corporate Accounting Director in the fall of 2017. Having been born and raised in North Canton, Ohio, John attended North Canton Hoover High School where he was a standout on the football and Lacrosse teams.
Marian Homem is the Director of Purchasing and has been part of the Radius family since its inception in 2008. Prior to Radius, Marian began her hospitality career by landing a front desk position while attending college full-time.
Human Resource Manager
Kelly Pakenham is the Human Resource Manager for Matrix Personnel Solutions. Her experience includes over 12 years in Human Resources with and emphasis in Talent Management, Employee Relations, Legal Compliance, Benefits/Compensation, and Employee Training.
Vice President of Finance
Bhuvan Chhatrapati is the Vice President of Finance for RUKH Development and is responsible for the financial operations and reporting of all entities owned and operated by RUKH Development. Bhuvan joined the organization with 17 years of finance experience in several firms and companies in the New York and New Jersey markets.
Paul Fick was first introduced to construction and building maintenance at a young age of seven by helping his father finish concrete. His love and knowledge for construction grew when he started work with a residential home builder and apprentice for a plumber and an electrician.
Samir’s personality is genuinely caring. His love and passion for his job shine through him when he is working. 9 out of every 10 guests either mention Samir in a survey or make it a point to stop at the front desk to recognize his great service and hard work.
Cynthia’s story with Radius starts with the first day she came in and filled out an application. She felt the property was beautiful and she told herself she would retire there. Six months later through her hard work, she became an Executive Housekeeper.

Carrie has been a part of the Comfort Suites since it’s opening 3 years ago. Carrie’s ability to connect with guests, ensures they have an exceptional experience during their stay.
Steve Simmons joined the opening team for the hotel, with a unique eye for detail, and commitment to integrity. Steve’s approach to caring for the hotel is to do what’s right whether anyone is looking or not, by definition having integrity in all his job entails.
Donald Brown is the Executive Housekeeper at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. He has been the Executive Housekeeper for one year.
Not having hands on hotel expertise, Darolyn took this challenge on headfirst, quickly learning the hotel business and software. Within a short time, she became a reliable front desk backup and regularly booked reservations. She could soon fix complex night audit issues that were a challenge for our most experienced hotel staffers.
