The Radius team recently participated in KJ’s 5K for Mental Health and Animal Rescue, an event organized by Portage Path Behavioral Health. The team was proud to support this important cause, which raises awareness of mental health challenges and supports the rescue and care of animals in need. Portage Path Behavioral Health is a non-profit organization that provides a variety of mental health services to individuals and families in the Northeast Ohio community. A former employee at Radius, Randy Budd, unexpectedly committed suicide. We honor his memory every year at KJ’s 5K. From 2011 to 2022, over half a million lives were lost to suicide, with 2022 showing the highest number of deaths on record. Participating in events like KJ’s 5K is a great way to support mental health and animal rescue. It is also a great way to get involved in the community and raise awareness of these important issues.
